American Type Prefabrication Substation

The casing of American-style transformer substations is primarily composed of a base, side panels, partition panels, doors, and a top cover. The interior is divided into three chambers: high-voltage, transformer, and low-voltage.

The high-voltage chamber adopts a reliable compact design with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlock functions, ensuring high reliability and easy maintenance. It can be equipped with terminal load switches, loop network switchgear, and other high-voltage switching devices.

The transformer chamber accommodates oil-immersed or dry-type transformers with a capacity of up to 1600Kvar and a voltage rating of 12/0.4KV. Fitted with isolation protective nets, it supports natural or forced ventilation. Optional automatic temperature controllers, room temperature monitoring, and ventilation devices that automatically switch on/off are available as needed.

The low-voltage chamber includes standard configurations for power distribution, metering, and reactive power compensation. It can be customized to design secondary control circuits and the number of outgoing lines according to project requirements.

The low - voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase - loss protector. When abnormal voltage occurs in the system, it can quickly disconnect the main incoming switch;

High - voltage side oil - immersed load switch or SF6 load switch can be motorized upgraded, laying a foundation for realizing distribution network automation;

Adopts oil - immersed S9 or better - performance S11 series transformers.

4. Installation site: a place free of fire, explosion hazards, chemically corrosive gases, with good ventilation, and ground inclination not more than 3°;
