Toonice's GCK low - voltage draw - out switchgear is composed of two parts: Power Distribution Center (PC) cabinet and Motor Control Center (MCC) cabinet. It is applicable to power users like power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises in a power - distribution system with AC 50Hz, a maximum operating voltage of up to 660V, and a maximum operating current of up to 3150A, used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power - distribution equipment such as power distribution, motor control, and lighting.
1. Structural Features: GCK low - voltage switchgear adopts an assembled combined structure with modular hole installation, featuring strong universality of components and high standardization. The upper part of the cabinet is the bus chamber, the front is the electrical chamber, and the rear is the cable inlet - outlet chamber. Each chamber is isolated by steel plates or insulating plates to ensure safety.
2. Operation Mode: The main busbar of GCK low - voltage switchgear is located at the top of the cabinet. This design was more common in the early stage, but due to limitations in material strength and operational convenience, it has gradually been replaced by more advanced models.
