Product Description

The GGD low-voltage complete switchgear is specially designed for power and metallurgy industries, with excellent breaking capacity to ensure stable power transmission and distribution. Usage Environment

1. Environmental temperature: Not higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C; the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C. When exceeded, derating operation is required per actual conditions.

2. Altitude: Shall not exceed 2000m; for indoor use.

3. Atmospheric conditions: Relative humidity of surrounding air does not exceed 50% at +40°C. At lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C), higher humidity is allowed. Consider condensation risks from temperature changes.

4. Installation: Inclination from vertical plane ≤ 5°, and the entire cabinet array shall be relatively flat (complying with GBJ232 - 82 standard).

5. Location: Install in places free from severe vibration, impact, and environments where electrical components won’t suffer undue corrosion.

Technical Parameter


Main Structure

The main frame is constructed with 8MF - type open - section steel. Two side faces of the steel have mounting holes with moduli of 20mm, 100mm, and Φ9.2mm, enabling flexible and convenient internal installation.

The main frame’s assembly form is designed in two types: fully - assembled structure and partial (side - frame and crossbeam) welded structure, for users to select.

Each functional compartment of the device is mutually isolated. These compartments are divided into functional unit compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment, with each compartment’s function relatively independent.

The horizontal main busbar adopts a rear - cabinet horizontal arrangement to enhance its resistance to electrodynamic force, a basic measure ensuring the device’s main circuit has high short - circuit strength capability.

The cable compartment’s design allows cables to enter and exit conveniently from top and bottom.
