Product Description

The KYN61 - 40.5 armored movable - type AC metal - enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is an indoor complete power - distribution device for three - phase AC power with a frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 40.5kV.

It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It can control, protect, and monitor the circuit, and is also applicable to places with frequent operations. This switchgear complies with standards such as GB3906 - 2006, GB/T11022 - 1999, and DL/T 404 - 2007.


Features of KYN61-40.5 Armoured Removable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear

1. The cabinet structure is of assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts a handcart - floor - type structure.

2. It is equipped with a new - type composite - insulated vacuum circuit breaker, which features good interchangeability and simple replacement.

3. The handcart frame is equipped with a lead - screw and nut propulsion mechanism, which enables easy movement of the handcart and prevents damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation.

4. All operations can be carried out with the cabinet door closed.

5. The interlocks among the main switch, handcart, and switchgear cabinet adopt mandatory mechanical interlocking methods to meet the "five - prevention" functions.

6. The cable chamber has ample space and can connect multiple cables.

7. A quick - earthing switch is used for earthing and closing short - circuit loops.

8. The enclosure protection level is IP3X. When the handcart room door is open, the protection level is IP2X.

9. The product complies with GB3906 - 2006, DL/T 404 - 2007, and refers to the international IEC298 standard.


Usage Environment

Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, and the average value measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35°C, lower limit -10°C.

Altitude: not exceeding 1000m.

Relative humidity: daily average value not exceeding 95%, monthly average value not exceeding 90%.

Earthquake resistance: not exceeding magnitude 8.

Water vapor pressure: daily average value not exceeding 2.2kPa, monthly average value not exceeding 1.8kPa.

Locations without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and violent vibration.
