TOONICE's XGN15 box type fixed metal enclosed high-voltage switchgear uses SF6 load switch and load switch fuse combination as the main switch, and the whole cabinet adopts air insulation, suitable for distribution automation. It is a compact and expandable complete set of distribution equipment. It can be widely used in the construction and renovation of urban power grids, suitable for distribution systems in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential areas, hospitals, schools, parks, etc. It is mainly used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, mainly for ring network power supply and terminal power supply, and is also suitable for installation in prefabricated substations.

Product Features:

Product Structure:

1.overall structure

The ring main unit is composed of busbar room, load switch (or circuit breaker room), cable room, operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism, low-voltage control room, and measuring or metering circuit. Each compartment is divided by steel plates to avoid faults affecting adjacent rooms.

2.busbar compartment

The busbar room is arranged at the top of the cabinet, where the main busbars are connected together and run through the entire row of switchgear. The busbar is arranged horizontally and can be easily expanded.

3.Main switch room

Load switch room: There is a load switch installed in the switch room. The shell of the load switch is made of epoxy resin casting and filled with SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulation medium. There are two transparent hot pressed plastic end caps at the operating shaft lead out end, through which the contact status can be observed. SF6 gas density meters or gas density meters with alarm contacts can be installed in the switch room according to customer requirements.

Circuit breaker room: The circuit breaker room is located in the middle of the cabinet and can be equipped with specialized vacuum circuit breakers or SF6 circuit breakers according to customer needs. Its breaking capacity can meet normal switching and branch network operations, as well as breaking short-circuit currents in special situations. Vacuum circuit breakers are particularly suitable for frequent operation of network systems. The circuit breaker is equipped with a spring operated mechanism, which has a reclosing function, reliable operation, and long service life.

4.Cable room

The cable room is mainly used for cable connection, allowing single core or three core cables to be connected using the simplest unshielded cable head. At the same time, the ample space can also accommodate components such as lightning arresters, current transformers, and grounding switches. Designed according to standards, the cabinet door has observation windows and safety interlock devices, and the cable room floor is equipped with sealing covers and appropriately sized cable clamps with brackets. The front frame of the cable room floor can be removed for easy cable installation.

5.Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism, and low-voltage control room

The low-voltage chamber with interlocking also serves as a control panel. The low-voltage room is equipped with a spring operated mechanism with position indicators and mechanical interlocking devices, as well as auxiliary contacts, trip coils, emergency trip mechanisms, capacitive live display devices, key locks, and electric operating devices. At the same time, the low-voltage room space can also be used to install control circuits, recording instruments, and protective relays. The 750mm wide cabinet has two identical low-voltage rooms that can accommodate more accessories.
